Employee Relations Officer

The Employee Relations Officer facilitates positive relationships between employees and the organization, ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment. They are responsible for implementing and enforcing employee policies and procedures, addressing grievances and conflicts, and promoting employee engagement and morale. Additionally, Employee Relations Officers play a key role in providing guidance and support to both employees and management on matters related to employment laws, regulations, and Company policies. They also participate in the development and implementation of programs and initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention. Job Responsibilities include promoting customer-centric services, administering HR services in a precise and timely manner, and executing transactions related to onboarding, offboarding, leave approvals, medical insurance, and personal information updates. Job Knowledge & Skills require proficient knowledge of labor laws, strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, empathy, and ERP knowledge with preference for SAP functional skills. Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant working experience, 2 years GCC is a plus. Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
