Employee Relations Specialist

Role Overview: We are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to support employee relations activities, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and provide effective HR support to employees and management. Requirements: - 2–3 years of experience in Employee Relations / HR. - Experience in handling employee relations cases, complaints, and investigations. - Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Good command of English, written and spoken. - Previous experience within the Automotive sector is preferred. - Experience with MenaITech HRMS and SAP is an advantage.
