ERP Support Engineer/Analyst

We are currently seeking ERP Support Engineer/Analyst to join our team. Provide support during the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and deployment. Assist in troubleshooting ERP issues and resolving system-related problems. Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports to support business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance ERP functionalities. Support end-users by providing training and functional assistance as needed. Document processes, updates, and workflows related to the ERP system. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration within the Construction Industry. Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems, such as ePromis, Oracle, Xpedeon, Focus, or equivalent ERP platforms. Mandatory: Strong proficiency in SQL and programming, with hands-on experience in either Python or Angular or PowerBuilder or similar. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced features, functions, formulas, data analysis, and reporting. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
