ERP Support Engineer/Analyst

We are currently seeking ERP Support Engineer/Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Provide support during the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and deployment. Assist in troubleshooting ERP issues and resolving system-related problems. Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports to support business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance ERP functionalities. Support end-users by providing training and functional assistance as needed. Document processes, updates, and workflows related to the ERP system. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration in construction industry. Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (ePromis, Oracle, Expedition, Focus, or similar). Proficient in SQL and programming (Angular, PowerBuilder, and .NET); both are mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
