ERP Techno Functional Coordinator / Junior ERP Developer

We need a smart, energetic and technically strong female resource to take day-to-day technical ownership of our ERP system and coordinate with senior developers. Core Responsibilities: Understand existing Odoo architecture, modules, customizations and business workflows. Understand where functionality exists in Python, XML, JavaScript and PostgreSQL. Receive requirements directly from users and convert them into clear technical tasks. Investigate bugs through code, logs, database and server instead of simply forwarding complaints. Handle straightforward development/fixes independently. Use Codex/AI coding tools to accelerate development and troubleshooting. Identify root cause and escalate complex issues to senior developers. Test fixes and confirm functionality is not affected. Manage basic Ubuntu/Linux server operations, services, logs, deployments, backups and troubleshooting. Understand Git/version control.
