EC Consultant: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Central SAP SuccessFactors. Candidate must have completed at least 2-3 full-cycle EC and Time Off implementations and related SuccessFactors modules. Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of Core HR processes, Time Off, Time Sheet, and Story reporting. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of XML configuration, foundation objects, and data models. Communication: Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
