Estimation & Tendering Manager

Hamilton Cranshaw Recruitment has been mandated to identify an experienced Estimation & Tendering Manager for a leading construction and interior fit-out organisation in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a strong commercial and technical leader with extensive experience in construction and high-end interior fit-out projects. Key requirements: 12-15+ years in estimation, tendering or bid management. Strong fit-out / interiors background. Experience with large-scale, mega or giga projects. Proven track record of successful tender submissions and project awards. Advanced hands-on Candy CCS experience - mandatory. Strong SAP knowledge. Strong KSA supplier and subcontractor market knowledge. Experience leading estimation / tendering teams. Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
