Expert Performance & Reporting

Act as the subject-matter expert for enterprise performance management and reporting within the Corporate Planning & Performance function. The role designs, governs and continuously improves OQEP's performance-reporting framework, KPI architecture and management-information standards. Leads advanced variance and performance-driver analysis, gives independent challenge on performance results and narratives, and advises leadership on trends, risks, opportunities and corrective actions. Drives the digitalisation and automation of performance reporting using BI tools, data analytics and ERP reporting capabilities.
