Export Marketing Executive - Vendor Registration

We are hiring an Export Marketing Executive - Vendor Registration with 2–5 years of experience in Mumbai. Industry: Pipes & Tubes | Steel | Engineering. Are you experienced in Export Marketing & Vendor Registration with exposure to the Middle East market? We’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Identify new registration opportunities and support lead generation & business development. Handle professional communication with international clients. Handle vendor registrations across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman & Kuwait. Manage registrations on Ariba, SAP, ADNOC, SABIC, PDO & other vendor portals. Prepare pre-qualification, technical & compliance documentation. Coordinate with QA/QC, Production & Finance teams. Follow up on approvals, documentation gaps & renewals. Ensure documentation complies with relevant standards such as ISO, IBR & ASTM. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce or Engineering. 2–5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Middle East vendor registration processes. Strong communication, coordination & follow-up skills. Experience in Pipes, Tubes, Steel, EPC or Oil & Gas will be preferred. Ability to manage multiple registrations simultaneously.
