Facilities Coordinator (Site Support)

We are seeking proactive and experienced Facilities Coordinators to support the Facility Manager in the day-to-day management of industrial, office, warehouse, and operational facilities. The ideal candidate will act as the Facility Manager’s representative on the ground, providing oversight of safety, contractors, maintenance activities, facility conditions, operational risks, and workplace issues. The role requires independent decision-making, sound judgment, and the confidence to challenge unsafe practices and exercise Stop Work Authority when required. Key Responsibilities: • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE standards and local regulations • Conduct routine facility inspections, hazard hunts, workplace observations, and site walkthroughs • Challenge unsafe acts and conditions and exercise Stop Work Authority when required • Supervise contractors and verify compliance with permits, risk assessments, PPE requirements, and approved procedures • Monitor buildings, utilities, fire systems, HVAC, electrical systems, roads, yards, and associated infrastructure • Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities • Assist with facility improvement and infrastructure projects • Provide day-to-day oversight of service providers and ensure work is completed safely Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance supervision, contractor management, HSE, operations, or construction environments Preferred Qualifications: • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, HSE, Business Administration, or a related discipline • Experience with AutoCAD for reviewing drawings, layouts, and site plans • Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP, for purchase requests, service management, and reporting
