Finance & Accounting Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Finance & Accounting Manager role based in Dubai. The position combines complete oversight of core transactional accounting & bookkeeping functions with strategic financial management, budgeting, and cash flow control across our multi-entity portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy in daily record-keeping, primary documentation, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance (VAT & Corporate Tax), while simultaneously building unit-level P&L models, monitoring cash flow, and supporting operational decision-making. You will coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies, using Russian and English in daily communication with leadership, partners, and key stakeholders.
