Finance and Accounts Manager

Muscat Elite is building a distinctive luxury automotive and private members' club business in Oman, bringing together Elite Auto Studio, the Muscat Elite Car Club and the Muscat Elite Clubhouse. We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to take complete ownership of the finance function across the business. This is a hands-on, standalone finance role. You will be responsible for the integrity of the company's financial records, month-end close, VAT and tax compliance, payroll, cash flow, budgeting and management reporting. A key part of the role is ownership of Odoo as Muscat Elite's single source of financial truth. You will be responsible not only for using Odoo, but for configuring and governing the platform, including working with Odoo.sh to manage development, staging and production environments. There are no direct reports, so this role will suit someone who enjoys ownership, accountability and getting into the detail.
