We're Hiring: Finance Business Partner | UAE & KSA Our client, a reputed name in intelligent industrial sensors, safety systems and automation solutions, is looking for a finance professional who wants to do more than crunch numbers. This role is about shaping business decisions. AED 25,000 – 30,000 / month UAE (with travel across UAE & KSA) Full-time | Individual Contributor What you'll do: - Build financial strategies, budgets and forecasts - Partner with Sales & Service teams to drive smarter decisions - Lead profitability and cost-management initiatives - Own financial reporting, compliance and internal controls - Oversee credit & collections, payroll and cash management - Manage relationships with auditors, banks and financial partners - Collaborate with Finance Shared Services and senior stakeholders What you bring: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field - 10+ years of finance experience - Strong UAE finance and regulatory knowledge - Background in a sales or trading-based environment - Experience in multinational or matrix organizations - Strong planning, analysis and reporting skills - ERP experience (SAP is a plus) - Fluent English (mandatory)
