Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a commercially driven Finance Business Partner to strengthen financial performance, drive cost efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and performance management; delivering actionable financial insights; driving OPEX governance and CAPEX investment evaluation using NPV, ROI, and payback analysis; overseeing monthly financial close, accruals, and allocations; strengthening internal controls and audit readiness; and improving reporting quality and automation using ERP and digital tools. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, strong expertise in budgeting and forecasting, hands-on knowledge of SAP, SAC, Concur, and Power BI, with professional certifications like CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
