Finance Consultant - Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Finance Consultant for Emiratization & UAE Talent Development within its Strategy & Consulting practice in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on preparing and facilitating application and process design sessions, applying financial concepts to translate functional requirements into technical and functional solution designs, and designing application components using EPM technologies such as SAP or Oracle. Responsibilities include independently troubleshooting functional process challenges, leading individual work streams for consolidation implementations, assisting with financial data conversion and reconciliation, and preparing key project deliverables such as design documents and test documentation. Candidates must have proven experience in a consulting firm aligned with financial advisory, a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, financial statements, forecasting, and management reporting, a bachelor's degree in finance (Master's or MBA preferred), and fluency in both Arabic and English.
