Finance Director

Red Sea Global is seeking a Finance Director to lead the VRS Finance function within Shared Services, overseeing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Key responsibilities include providing strategic financial direction, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing month-end and year-end close processes, managing annual budgeting, and leading the finance team. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA, a minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, and high proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle.
