Finance Executive

URGENTLY HIRING - FINANCE EXECUTIVE (For a Large Retail Group) Location: Dubai Salary: AED 6,500 all Inclusive Visa: Spouse / Freelance / Golden Visa Requirements - Young, dynamic, and motivated finance professional - CA Inter qualification with a bachelor's degree in finance or commerce - 2-4 years of UAE finance/accounting experience - Strong understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) - Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP - Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred - Previous experience in the FMCG or retail industry is an advantage Key Responsibilities - Manage daily finance operations, including invoices, expenses, AP & AR - Process vendor invoices and coordinate PO, GRN & invoice matching - Support payments, bank reconciliation and month-end closing - Maintain vendor/customer records and ERP data - Assist with MIS reports and UAE VAT documentation - Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and internal teams - Ensure compliance with finance policies and internal controls
