Finance Manager

📢 WE ARE HIRING | FINANCE MANAGER 📍 Location: UAE 👤 Reporting to: Managing Director / Group CFO Salary on Offer: AED 20k- 25k + medical, visa and ticket for self only (NO BONUS) We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving financial performance, strategic planning, governance and commercial decision-making across the Group. This is a senior, hands-on finance leadership role offering exposure to the Group CFO, senior management, shareholders and board-level matters. Key Responsibilities: • Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning and financial modelling • Drive monthly management reporting, consolidation, dashboards and board reporting • Analyse performance, identify gaps and provide commercial insights and recommendations • Oversee cash flow, treasury, liquidity and working capital • Strengthen financial controls, governance, risk management and compliance • Oversee IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, transfer pricing, audit and statutory requirements • Evaluate investments, projects, pricing, contracts and expansion opportunities • Partner with business leaders to improve revenue, margins, profitability and ROI • Lead ERP, automation, AI-enabled analysis and finance transformation initiatives • Develop and mentor finance teams across the Group Key Requirements: • CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or CMA – mandatory • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role • Experience working with CFOs, CEOs, boards, shareholders or business owners • Strong experience in multi-entity / multinational / diversified businesses • Excellent knowledge of FP&A, financial reporting, treasury, controls, taxation and commercial finance • Strong IFRS and consolidation consolidation knowledge • UAE/GCC experience, including UAE Corporate Tax and VAT, strongly preferred • Advanced Excel, financial modelling, ERP and BI capabilities • Experience in finance transformation, automation or ERP implementation • Strong analytical, communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills • English essential; Arabic desirable
