Finance Manager

SIBIE LTD Holding Group (operating via Rightangled) is a healthcare group expanding across the UK, Europe, USA, and the Gulf region. We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management while ensuring compliance across multiple markets. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, invoicing, payroll, and cash flow. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and audit standards including IFRS. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a finance management role, ideally within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or professional services. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Strong knowledge of IFRS. Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel, with experience in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar.
