Finance Manager

Finance Manager – Job Description - Oversee the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations through Odoo ERP / Odoo Accounting. - Manage the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payments, expenses, and bank reconciliations. - Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. - Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions and accounting records. - Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis. - Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process and monitor performance against approved budgets. - Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, liquidity, and payment planning. - Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure effective collection and payment processes. - Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and procedures. - Ensure compliance with IFRS, Saudi accounting requirements, VAT, ZATCA regulations, and other applicable regulations. - Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other financial stakeholders. - Analyze financial performance and provide management with actionable insights and recommendations. - Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and process gaps and implement appropriate corrective actions. - Ensure proper documentation, supporting schedules, and audit trails for all financial activities. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance finance processes and maximize the effective use of Odoo ERP. - Support management in financial planning, business decisions, and cost optimization. Odoo ERP – Required Experience Hands-on Odoo experience is mandatory. Candidates should have practical experience with: - Odoo Accounting - General Ledger - Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable - Invoicing & Payments - Bank Reconciliation - Chart of Accounts - VAT / Tax configuration and reporting - Financial Reporting - Analytic Accounting - Budgeting and Financial Planning - Month-End Closing - Multi-company accounting, where applicable Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 7+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including experience in a Finance Manager or similar role. - Proven hands-on experience with Odoo ERP / Odoo Accounting. - Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. - Strong understanding of IFRS and Saudi accounting and regulatory requirements. - Good knowledge of VAT and ZATCA requirements. - Strong Excel and financial analysis skills. - Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - SOCPA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification. - Experience in Odoo implementation, configuration, migration, or process optimization. - Experience in multi-company or multi-business environments. - Experience in retail, F&B, real estate, hospitality, entertainment, or other diversified business environments.
