Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience to oversee the company's financial operations, accounting activities, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, taxation, compliance and financial controls. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, financial reporting and UAE regulatory requirements, with the ability to manage the finance function independently and provide accurate financial information to senior management. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, prepare and monitor annual budgets and forecasts, supervise general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, coordinate internal and external audits, cash flow management, payroll supervision, and inventory costing. Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 5 years of Finance Manager / Senior Accountant experience in the UAE, strong UAE accounting experience, knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, IFRS, budgeting, cash flow management, external audit coordination, proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, or Zoho Books. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce; professional qualifications like ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA highly desirable.
