Finance Manager

We are hiring a Finance Manager for a banking project in Riyadh. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 10–12 years of finance & accounting experience; 2–3 years in a managerial role; previous Saudi Arabia/GCC experience is mandatory; strong knowledge of ZATCA, VAT, Zakat & Withholding Tax; strong IFRS and financial reporting knowledge; experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow & treasury; experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics; proven finance team management experience; CPA / ACCA / CMA / SOCPA preferred; excellent English communication skills. Salary: SAR 24,000.
