Finance Manager

We are hiring a Finance Manager for a banking project in Riyadh. Requirements include Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, 10-12 years of finance and accounting experience, 2-3 years in a managerial role, previous Saudi Arabia/GCC experience is mandatory, strong knowledge of ZATCA, VAT, Zakat and Withholding Tax, strong IFRS and financial reporting knowledge, experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and treasury, experience with SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics, proven finance team management experience, CPA, ACCA, CMA, SOCPA preferred, excellent English communication skills.
