Finance Manager - Oracle ERP

Role: Finance - IT Manager / Oracle ERP Lead Location: Dubai, UAE Reporting: CFO Experience: Minimum 7+ Years Salary: Up to AED 25,000 We’re looking for a Finance + Oracle Fusion professional who can bridge the gap between Finance, ERP and Operations and take ownership of Oracle Fusion Finance. This role is specifically suited to professionals with: Hands-on Finance / Accounting experience Strong practical experience with Oracle Fusion Finance Experience within Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Services, Supply Chain, Logistics, Oil & Gas, or project-based environments 7+ years of relevant Finance / ERP / Finance Systems experience Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation, enhancement or post-implementation support Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management & Subledger Accounting What you’ll be driving: Oracle Fusion Finance ownership & optimization P2P, O2C & R2R process integration Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory & Project Finance integration Product costing, inventory valuation, WIP & COGS Financial & operational reporting Process automation and business-process improvement Data governance, controls, audit & compliance Oracle Fusion enhancements, UAT and implementation projects Stakeholder & vendor management CA / ACCA / CMA / CPA and Oracle Fusion certification would be advantageous. Important: This is not a pure IT/technical Oracle role. A strong Finance/Accounting foundation combined with hands-on Oracle Fusion Finance experience is essential.
