Finance Manager (Property Management)

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead the finance function for the Company's property management and leasing operations. The role will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the property portfolio, with a strong focus on rental income, tenant accounts, receivables, collections, lease-related transactions, budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, controls, and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, Leasing, Property Management, Operations, and other stakeholders to provide accurate financial insights, strengthen financial controls, improve collections, and support commercially sound business decisions.
