Finance Transformation Manager (ERP & Finance Systems)

As a Finance Transformation Manager (ERP & Finance Systems) you will lead the migration of ATOM's finance landscape from the current environment - ATOM FICA, the Billing Engine and SAP ERP - to a modern, scalable target architecture. Reporting to the Head of Product & Delivery, you will act as the bridge between Finance and Technology, owning the end-to-end transformation lifecycle from as-is process mapping through to-be design, product selection, implementation, training and benefits realisation. This is a hands-on role for a finance professional who understands both the accounting substance and the systems that deliver it, and who is operating in a fast-moving, regulated specialty insurance environment.
