micro1 is engaging experienced Financial Systems & Accounting Experts to support a customer project focused on accounting operations, financial systems, and AI model training. Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for technical accuracy, including accounting treatments, calculations, journal entries, and explanations. Assess outputs against established accounting standards and professional accounting practices. Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close workpapers. Identify accounting misstatements and provide appropriate treatments with clear rationale. Evaluate accounting workflows and financial-system logic across major ERP and accounting platforms. Apply written rubrics and grading guidelines consistently when rating or ranking AI-generated outputs. 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in financial accounting, month-end close, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A. Proven experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. Hands-on experience with financial systems or ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday. Prior paid experience supporting human-data activities for AI training, such as data annotation, RLHF, and model evaluation.
