Functional Tester / Test Lead

Hiring: Functional Tester | UAE Key Requirements: • 7+ years of software testing experience • 3+ years in Test Lead / QA Governance roles • Strong knowledge of STLC & SDLC • Strong experience in Functional, Integration, Regression & UAT Testing • Test strategy, test plans, test cases and traceability • QA governance, quality gates and acceptance criteria • Vendor testing governance and defect management • Experience with RCA, defect triage, quality metrics & dashboards • Strong stakeholder management across Business, IT, PMO & Release Management • Government / multi-vendor environment experience preferred • SAP testing experience is preferred • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent Interested candidates can share their updated CV to snaik@reachgroup.ae.
