GBS Finance Tower Lead

The GBS Finance Tower Lead is accountable for the end-to-end design, governance, standardization, performance management, and continuous improvement of Agthia’s Finance processes across all business units, functions, and geographies. The role serves as the single point of accountability for Finance process strategy, governance, performance management, analytics, data governance, GBS operating model alignment, and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end Finance process design and transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption of leading practices, standardization, and simplification. - Drive process harmonization across key Finance areas including FP&A, Accounting & Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Tax, Financial Close, and Management Reporting. - Establish enterprise-wide performance management frameworks providing visibility into financial, operational, and commercial performance. - Partner with MDM to establish strong governance, data quality, and standardization across Finance-related master data. - Lead digital finance transformation initiatives including process automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline; CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA preferred. - 10+ years of experience across Finance, FP&A, Business Finance, Corporate Finance, Finance Transformation, Process Excellence, or GBS environments. - 5+ years in leadership roles managing Finance processes, transformation initiatives, or enterprise-wide programs. - FMCG/Food & Beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
