GL Accountant

We are hiring a GL Accountant for our client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience: 5–8 years. Key Responsibilities: Lead month-end closing and financial reporting. Manage GL activities, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements. Support internal and external audits. Ensure accurate accruals, assets, and liabilities. Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support Tax & Fixed Assets functions. Requirements: Strong experience in core accounting and GL. Advanced knowledge of IFRS. SAP / Finance systems experience preferred. Advanced MS Office skills. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. ACA or ACCA or CIMA qualification is a must.
