Group Finance Analyst

At Euro Mechanical, we deliver engineering, maintenance and technical services to the energy and industrial sectors across the UAE and the wider region. We are growing, investing in our systems and building a finance function that shapes decisions across the Group. We are now looking for a Group Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, with functional reporting to the CFO, you will own the Group consolidation and reporting cycle. You will work closely with our business units, senior leadership and external auditors. You will play a key part in making our reporting faster, more accurate and more automated. What you will do - Collate business unit submissions and prepare consolidated Group financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) under IFRS - Build and maintain an automated Group consolidation model - Prepare internal and external financial reports, including KPI and KRI dashboards in Excel and Power BI - Support month-end and year-end close, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis - Act as the main point of contact for the external audit team - Support the Group quarterly forecast and annual budget, including working capital, Capex and headcount analysis - Identify and deliver D365 improvements and automation opportunities across the business - Support analysis on acquisitions and investments What you will bring - 5+ years' experience in Group consolidated financial reporting under IFRS - Strong financial modelling skills and expert-level Excel - A degree in Finance or Accounting; ACA, ACCA or CIMA preferred - Experience with D365 and Power BI is a strong advantage - Exposure to transfer pricing and project accounting is desirable - A detail-focused, curious approach and the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels Why join us - A visible role with direct exposure to the CFO and senior leadership - Real ownership, with the chance to shape how the Group reports and to automate what others do manually - A collaborative team with room to grow your career - Flexible working hours, with hybrid working available after probation
