Group Human Resources Manager

Position: Group HR Manager. Location: Qatar. Mandatory Requirements: 10 to 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within the FMCG industry. Fluency in both Arabic and English. Proven experience in FMCG organizations is essential. Experience managing HR functions across multiple business units, companies, or holding group structures is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR compliance requirements. Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a Group-wide HR strategy aligned with business objectives. Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership. Lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives. Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR digital transformation initiatives.
