HC Systems Specialist

Overview University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) is the first national university specializing in applied, technical, and professional education in the State of Qatar, housing over 70 programs and 8,000 students. Responsibilities - Maintain accurate and complete HC system data. - Provide first-line functional support to HC system users. - Manage and track HC system requests, incidents, and enhancements. - Gather and document functional business requirements. - Prepare process flows and system documentation. - Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Support system enhancements, upgrades, releases, and implementations. - Maintain user guides, SOPs, and knowledge materials. - Provide system training and guidance to users. - Monitor data quality and resolve system/data inconsistencies. - Support system and data audits. - Coordinate system issues and requirements with the IT Directorate. - Prepare HC reports and validate report data. - Support HC digital initiatives and post-implementation activities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. - HRIS / HCM-related certification in platforms such as PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP Success Factors, or equivalent is preferred. - Business Analysis or process improvement certification such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP is preferred. - Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible relevant experience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or enterprise business systems. - Experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM or a comparable enterprise HCM platform is preferred. - Fluency in written and spoken English language is required; Arabic is preferred.
