HC Systems Specialist

University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) is seeking an HC Systems Specialist to maintain accurate and complete HC system data, provide first-line functional support to users, manage system requests and enhancements, and gather functional business requirements. Responsibilities include preparing process flows, participating in UAT, supporting system upgrades, maintaining user guides, providing system training, and supporting HR digital initiatives. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, MIS, Information Systems, or Business Administration, 3-5 years of experience supporting HCM/HRIS applications, and experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM or comparable enterprise platforms.
