HCM Consultant

I’m currently looking for an experienced HCM Consultant based in Riyadh Key requirements: - Strong hands-on HCM implementation/configuration experience - Must already be based in Saudi Arabia - no relocators - Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills - Comfortable leading workshops, gathering requirements and managing client expectations - Able to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders - Strong communication and consulting skills This is a client-facing role, so I’m particularly interested in people who combine strong technical HCM capability with the ability to confidently manage senior stakeholders
