Head of Accounting

MAVI is hiring a Head of Accounting to own the accounting function end to end for US-based IT SaaS clients, embedded directly within US finance teams. The role takes full accountability for the month-end, quarter-end, and annual close under US GAAP, financial statements, revenue recognition under ASC 606, general ledger integrity, internal controls, and audit readiness. Responsibilities include leading audits, coordinating US tax compliance, multi-entity consolidations, KPI reporting, mentoring accounting staff, and leading ERP selection, implementation, and migration initiatives.
