Job Description - Develop financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting frameworks. - Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and decision support. - Design and implement scalable finance processes, controls and governance structures. - Support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP and workflow implementation. - Manage relationships with outsourced service providers and external partners. - Drive process improvement, automation and operational efficiency initiatives. - Support strategic projects, business cases and long-term financial planning activities. The Successful Applicant - UAE National with experience in finance, FP&A, business partnering or commercial finance. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and provide commercial insight. - Experience improving processes, implementing change or supporting transformation initiatives. - Interest in technology, automation and modern finance operating models. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
