Role Description The Head of Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, We are inviting highly motivated and well-established CFA to head our Finance, which among others involve- Banking and loan management, cash management, conducting financial analysis of new investments/ projects, reporting and compliance (including MIS, Board agenda/ presentations on financial health). Prior experience in shipping industry and derivatives will be an added advantage. Qualifications - Strong foundation in Finance, with proven experience in corporate or maritime/shipping finance leadership roles. - Ability to prepare and interpret Financial Statements and perform accurate Financial Reporting. - Demonstrated Analytical Skills to support strategic decision-making and performance analysis. - Experience in Budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting for complex organizations. - Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel or financial modeling tools. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA, are required. - Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. - Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to stakeholders. - Experience in the shipping, maritime, or logistics industry is highly desirable.
