Head of Internal Audit

The Head of Internal Audit is responsible for leading the internal audit function to ensure effective risk management, internal controls, governance, and compliance across textile manufacturing, sourcing, inventory, sales, and financial operations. Responsibilities include developing and executing the annual internal audit plan, leading the internal audit team, auditing manufacturing operations including spinning, weaving, dyeing, processing, and garmenting, reviewing efficiency, wastage, yield, shrinkage, and production controls, evaluating raw material procurement, assessing inventory management and stock valuation, reviewing financial controls and cost structures, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and coordinating with the Audit Committee.
