Operate the end-to-end reservations and events facilitation desk: scoping, RFQs, PO support in Fusion, lead-time management, exception routing. Govern preferred-hotel usage venue priority; track exceptions and approvals. Run vendor performance reviews against BPA terms. Maintain an annual demand and cost forecast and publish monthly MIS reports. Ensure risk and audit readiness with document trails and policy controls. Manage vendor relationships with hotel and venue portfolios across Qatar.
