HR ERP System Lead Consultant

Key Expert – HR ERP System Lead Consultant (Cat. II) for the EU-funded project Technical Assistance to the Syrian Ministry of Health – Strengthening Institutional Capacity and Governance based in Damascus, Syria with an implementation period of 14 months starting December 2026. NTU International is identifying qualified experts to provide technical leadership and strategic support for the deployment and institutionalisation of a Human Resources Enterprise Resource Planning (HR ERP) system within the Syrian Ministry of Health. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Information Systems, minimum 8 years of professional experience in deploying HR ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Specific experience requires data migration, system integration, user training, and at least 2 similar ERP deployments in developing country contexts. Fluent English is mandatory and Arabic is an advantage.
