HR Generalist

Sharaf Shipping Agency (SSA) is looking for an HR Generalist to own the employee lifecycle, from offer to exit, for assigned entities. What you'll do: - Run onboarding end to end: offer letters, MOHRE work permits, visa stamping, medicals, Emirates ID and Day-1 induction - Manage offboarding: clearance, final settlement and EOS gratuity, contract and visa cancellation, exit interviews - Keep Employee Central in SAP SuccessFactors accurate for every hire, transfer, promotion and exit - Handle MOHRE, WPS and immigration compliance under UAE Labour Law - Run day-to-day HR operations: HR letters, leave and attendance, payroll inputs, MIS and audit support What we're looking for: - 4-5 years as an HR Generalist, with at least 2 years in the UAE - Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) experience - Direct experience with MOHRE, WPS and immigration processes - Strong UAE Labour Law knowledge, including EOS gratuity calculation - Advanced Excel; fluent English (Arabic is a plus) - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field. CIPD Level 5, SHRM-CP or equivalent preferred - Shipping, logistics or multi-entity group experience is a plus Role: Full-time, permanent | Reports to Assistant Manager - HR
