HR Software Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced HR Software Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing HR software solutions to support human resources functions such as recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee records, and more. You will work closely with business leaders, HR teams, and IT professionals to ensure that HR software aligns with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Work with HR stakeholders to understand their business processes, challenges, and software needs. Document functional requirements and translate them into system configurations. System Configuration: Configure and implement HR software according to business needs, ensuring that the software aligns with HR policies and processes. Integration Support: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration between the HR software and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, payroll, and finance. Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of the software configuration to ensure it meets functional and technical requirements. Identify and resolve any issues during testing phases. Training: Provide training and support to HR users to ensure they are able to effectively use the HR software. Develop user guides and documentation. Change Management: Assist with the change management process by ensuring smooth adoption of the software within HR teams. Address concerns and provide support during system go-live and post-implementation. Process Improvement: Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements leveraging the HR software for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing functional support post-implementation, ensuring that the HR software continues to meet the evolving needs of the business. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,800.00 per month.
