HR Specialist

Provides HR Generalist support for Bechtel Business Services (BBS) People Operations HR Shared Services activities within one or more of the following functions: HRMS (SAP) Data Processing and integrity, Data Analytics, reporting, and metrics, Process Mapping/ Process performance administration, Leave of Absence/ employee terminations severance processing, Region and Country Employment compliance, employment contract administration, Global Mobility Assignment Processes, Benefits Administration and Employee Service Center, Global Immigration HR administration, and exit/re-entry visa issuance. Requires Bachelor degree in Human Resources and minimum of 4 to 5 years related work experience. Advanced Excel skills required. Preferred knowledge includes major multinational employer experience, SAP master data input, and Six Sigma/Lean concepts.
