HRIS Sales Development Representative

Job Description We are looking for a HRIS Sales Development Representative - F/H/X to join our team in Dubai. Your missions Identify and qualify new business opportunities for HRIS solutions (Oracle, Workday, etc.) Conduct market research to target potential clients in the Dubai region Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and networking events Present Amaris HRIS solutions to prospective clients and partners Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management Support the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations Your profile You have a degree in business, HR, or IT-related fields You have a strong experience in sales development or business development for HRIS solutions You have a good knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors You are fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
