Human Resources Director - Energy

The HR Director - Energy is responsible for leading and executing the human resources strategy across the organisation's energy operations, ensuring alignment between workforce capabilities and business objectives. The role oversees all aspects of human capital management, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, organisational development, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and regulatory compliance. The HR Director serves as a strategic business partner to executive leadership, supporting business growth, operational excellence, workforce transformation, and talent sustainability across energy projects, including oil & gas, power generation, renewables, utilities, and infrastructure operations.
