Information Technology Manager

Responsible for the organization's day-to-day IT operations, systems, and infrastructure, while leading the Group's digital transformation agenda, branch-level IT governance, data governance, and overall business continuity management. Responsibilities include ERP system and enhancements, helpdesk, hardware, sizing of back-end infrastructure and hosting, website management, CRM, physical security, and cybersecurity frameworks. Establishes branch IT governance across multi-country or group structures, data protection, master data management, data migration, and data archiving. Leads long-term digital transformation initiatives such as revamping reimbursement processes, air travel and ticketing, CRM upgrades, and enabling AI where applicable.
