Information Technology Manager

Responsible for the organization's day-to-day IT operations, systems, and infrastructure, while leading the Group's digital transformation agenda, branch-level IT governance, data governance, and overall business continuity management. Responsibilities include ERP system and enhancements, helpdesk and enhancements, hardware and onboarding, sizing of back-end infrastructure and hosting, website management, CRM, physical security, and cybersecurity framework. Branch IT governance involves standardizing IT infrastructure, systems, and controls across all branches, ensuring reliable connectivity, and managing IT asset visibility. Data governance covers data protection, master data management, data migration, and data archiving. Business continuity involves developing and maintaining the Group's business continuity plan. Long-term digital transformation initiatives include revamping reimbursement processes, air ticketing, shifting to a true CRM platform, enabling AI, streamlining PR/PO approval cycles with an authority matrix, and digitizing paper-based workflows. Qualifications require a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or MIS, with a Master's degree preferred, alongside certifications like PMP, ITIL, CISSP, COBIT, or TOGAF. Requires a minimum of 10-12 years of progressive IT experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership or Head of IT capacity.
