Inside Sales Support / Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities: - Managing order processes, including booking purchase orders, monitoring delivery dates, and proactively managing request dates to meet Partners and customer expectations. - Interfacing with Partner Parts and Aftermarket Sales managers/ Logistics teams for orders received, input orders in C4C, create tasks for the logistics team to book in SAP, and follow up to ensure orders are booked in a timely manner. - Verifying accurate information on product pricing in Orders received, availability, and details using iQ2 and other resources. - Maintaining customer records and adhering to defined protocols for recording interactions including Ensuring that the incoterms and payment terms are input correctly. - Creating and maintaining service contracts (if any) with our partners, managing partner consignment stocks, and ensuring accurate invoicing. - Providing necessary communication and conducting correspondence with distributors.
