Instrumentation Engineer – Maintenance

One of our prestigious clients, QAFCO (Qatar Fertiliser Company), a world-renowned fertilizer producer and one of the largest single-site urea exporters, is looking for an experienced Instrumentation Engineer – Maintenance to join its team in Mesaieed, Qatar. Location: Mesaieed, Qatar. Start Date: November 2026. Contract: 5 Years. Schedule: 8 hours/day – 5 days/week. Salary: QAR 23,000/month – All Inclusive. REQUIREMENTS: BE in Instrument Engineering. 15 years of relevant experience in Fertilizer / Petrochemical plants. Hands-on expertise with SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) highly preferred. Strong ERP/SAP experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA. Experience in Maintenance Master Data. Ability to coordinate and review maintenance work plans, methods, procedures and spare-parts requirements. Experience managing maintenance contracts, including scope development, specifications, procurement initiation and technical evaluation. Daily coordination with contractors for manpower and service supply during work-order planning.
